We are open from 10 am to 10 pm (last booking at 8 pm) every day of the week, including public holidays. All our branches are open during these hours, so you can schedule your appointment at your convenience. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment to check-in and prepare for your spa experience.

Nakhon Spa does not offer any pick up services at this time.

It is always best to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new treatments, including spa treatments, during pregnancy. Some treatments, such as certain types of massages, body wraps, and steam rooms, may not be recommended during pregnancy due to the potential for harm to the developing fetus or the mother. Additionally, certain ingredients in spa products or treatments may be contraindicated during pregnancy. The healthcare professional can help determine which treatments are safe and appropriate for you based on your individual circumstances and advise you on any necessary precautions to take. It's also important to inform the spa staff of your pregnancy before the treatment begins, so they can make necessary accommodations.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Refunds or exchanges are not available for services rendered. Deposits & Vouchers are not refundable.

We accept a variety of forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Bank Transfer, and Discover. We have a simple check-in process to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our guests. We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This will give you ample time to fill out the necessary forms, change into comfortable clothes, and relax before your treatment begins. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our receptionist and asked to fill out a short form with your contact and health information. This will help us to understand any health conditions or concerns you may have and to provide you with the best possible service. After completing the form, you will be escorted to the changing area where you can leave your belongings and change into comfortable clothes for your treatment. After you are ready, you will be shown to the treatment room where your therapist will meet you and go over any questions or concerns you may have before beginning your treatment. Spa treatments and massages are typically relaxing and pain-free. They are designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation, and your therapist will use techniques that are gentle and soothing. However, some treatments, such as deep tissue massage, may be more intense and may cause some discomfort. But if that is the case, your therapist will ask you to let them know if you feel any pain or discomfort during the treatment, so they can adjust accordingly. They can also adjust the pressure of the massage to suit your comfort level. Ultimately, the goal of your treatment is to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, so if you ever feel
uncomfortable, please let your therapist know, and they will do their best to make sure that you are comfortable throughout your treatment.
